Registration Guidelines

All presenters and participants should register via the online registration form and pay their registration fee in order to participate in the Conference.

  • Only those who registered shall be allowed to present their papers at the Conference. The abstracts of those who did not register will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.

  • Only registered authors will receive the presentation certificate.

  • In the case of co-authored papers, only registered authors will be allowed to present their papers and issued with a presentation certificate. Therefore, we encourage all the authors of a co-authored paper to register for the Conference.

  • All registered participants including presenters, except undergraduate participants, shall receive an attractive conference kit.

  • Under no circumstances shall presenters be allowed to appoint substitutes to present their papers.
